This iteration is a sectioned design with two buildings separated in the middle by a landscaped area for recreation. The first building across Lacey street is a transition space used for services, stores and offices with access straight on to the landscaping. The other building will be primarily for activity spaces on the ground floor, a gallery space looking out across the landscaping and canal on the first floor and a roof garden on top of this.
